We are currently seeking knowledgeable and experienced candidates to fill the following positions:
Sales - Mortgage Loan Originators
CU/America Mortgage Loan Originators are responsible for increasing their mortgage loan portfolio by continually developing and maintaining business relationships and attracting new applications from company supplied leads, a network of Real Estate professionals, as well as, personal and professional contacts.
Job requirements include:
- Must be state (Illinois) approved through NMLS. Please include your NMLS ID number with your application.
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a mortgage loan originator with an established network of referral business.
- Demonstrated success in prospecting, generating leads, closing business and consistently meeting/exceeding production goals.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the mortgage industry, products, lending practices and regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional and effective interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong computer skills including MS Office applications.
